Doctor Booked For Filming Woman At Clinic During Body Removal Procedure

Mumbai: A doctor was booked for allegedly filming a woman while she was undergoing a body removal procedure at his clinic in Andheri in Mumbai.

The Lokhandwala-based doctor was booked by Oshiwara police following a complaint by the 27-year-old woman. The woman in her plaint said that she went to the clinic for the procedure and took off her clothes in the presence of three women assistants. During the procedure, she noticed a camera inside the smoke detector of the ceiling.

She asked them to stop the procedure, took a photo of the camera and left the clinic. She later had a heated exchange with the doctor who told her that all footage gets deleted automatically after 15 days.

The victim then filed a complaint with Oshiwara police.

Oshiwara senior police inspector Shailesh Pasalvar confirmed the development to a leading daily. However, the assistants said that she was aware of the camera beforehand.

Meanwhile, in another incident, a doctor was arrested for allegedly molesting another doctor at a night club in Andheri.
