Khanapur: Two people were killed in different places of Nirmal district.

Lingampalli Bheemaraju (29) from Revojipet village was killed on Thursday. According to the police, Bheemaraju ran a chicken shop in his village. He was married to Gouri. On Wednesday night, after finishing his work, he slept outside his house when a unknown people stoned him to death. On Thursday morning, his family found out that he was dead and informed the police. They reached the spot and collected details. After prelimnary investigation, the police filed a case and started probing the matter. The deceased is survived by his wife two daughters and a son.

In the same district at Kolamguda, a man was killed on Wednesday night. According to the police, The deceased Gangaram (55) and his nephew Tukaram had differences for sometime. On Wednesday evening, an argument broke out between them while on their way back home. Meanwhile, Gangaram threw stone at his nephew, Thukaram who attacked him mercilessly with a hammer, causing heavy bleeding causing his instant death. He is survived by his wife Padma, three sons and a daughter. The accused has gone absconding after the incident. Based on a complaint given by the victim's son Ravi, the police has filed a case and started the investigation.
