Children’s School Fee Cost Her Life!

Challagundla: A alcohol addict beat his wife to death over an argument. The incident took place here on Wednesday at Challagundla, Nakarikallu mandal. The victim Venkatanarsamma (29) was married to Palla Nagaraju nine years ago. Narsamma eked out a living by working as nurse at a private hospital. The couple had three children. Her alcoholic husband Nagaraju would often fight with his wife.

On Wednesday, Narsamma gave some money to Nagaraju to pay their children's school fee. However, Nagaraju misused the money by buying alcohol. Narsamma confronted her husband after learning about it which led to a huge fight between them. During the argument, Nagaraju thrashed his wife severely till death. The relatives of Narsamma learned the news rushed to Nagaraju's house. CI Prabhaka and SI Anil Kumar reached the spot after receiving a complaint. The police filed a case against Nagaraju and started investigating.
