I don’t Have A Desire To Live Anymore: Newly-wed Woman’s Suicide Note

Medak: A newly married woman committed suicide at Uppulingapur village in Veldurthy mandal in the district on Friday.

According to SI Gangaraju and other direct witnesses, 21-year-old Nagarani got married to Erra Babu, a native of the village, on May 11. Before taking the extreme step, the deceased left a suicide note that read, "No one is responsible for my death. I have lost the desire to live."

On Friday afternoon, Babu reached home from work and knocked the door. After repeatedly knocking the door, Nagarani never opened the door and this seemed suspicious. Babu called the police and informed the same. However, it was too late by the time they broke open the door as they found Nagarani dead.

"My time in this life is over. I am sorry and no one is responsible for my death but me," the suicide note said. Acting on a complaint filed by the family members, the police have registered a case of unnatural death and shifted the body to Medak government hospital for autopsy.
