Couple Die In Auto-Tractor Collision

Saidapuram: In a tragic incident, a couple was killed in an accident while going to visit a temple in Dakkini Mandal's Devuni Vellampalli on Monday. K. Ravindra Babu (40) and his wife, a tribal woman, Kudumula Chenchamma alias Shravani (35) were travelling in an auto-rickshaw along with their neighbours, Rapuru Lakshmamma and her grandson Srinivasulu.

The accident happened near Jorepalli of Rapuru Mandal, where the vehicle collided with a tractor. While her Ravindra Babu died on the spot, Shravani was admitted to a hospital. She too succumber to the injuries Tuesday while receiving treatment. Lakshmamma was severely injured in the accident is being treated in the hospital.
