'Congress High Command did not summon KCR'

PCC official spokesperson Mrityunjaya hit out at TRS president, K Chandrashekar Rao, saying he was playing dirty politics.

He also said that KCR was not summoned by the High Command to Delhi for discussions. He also said that the December 9 announcement on Telangana was not made by the Congress party. UPA government and Congress party are two different entities, Mrityunjaya asserted.
