Cabinet decision disappointing

Cabinet decision disappointing - Sakshi Post

Dubbing the cabinet decisions taken by the TDP Government as non-serious and disappointing, YSR Congress has said that the special budget for agriculture has no clarity nor was there any mention on loan waiver and power supply.

“The cabinet meeting did not take any decision on the inclusion of loan waiver in the agriculture budget and it has no mention of power supply to agriculture. The other aspects rounded off by the cabinet were ambiguous and have no clarity,” Party Deputy Floor leader Jyothula Nehru told reporters here on Monday.

Rescheduling of loans is different to the promise of loan waiver and the TDP is trying to bid time and evade the poll promise on some pretext or the other. Shifting the blame on RBI or showing some other lame excuse only speaks of the non-seriousness of the government.

We also demand the State to immediately implement the unemployment stipend from the day TDP took over the reins he said adding that there is no clarity on the pension scheme.

Objecting to the cabinet decision to write to the Centre seeking clarity on Schedule 8, 9 and 10 of the AP State Reorganisation Bill, he said, “the Bill was supported by TDP at all levels from the Assembly, Council, Lok Sabha to Rajya Sabha and now the TDP government seeking clarity is ridiculous and exposes its shallowness, more so after the MPs of the Party have boasted of being the first to vote for the bifurcation.”

The norms applied to disqualify Prakasam district ZPTC Chairman should be applied to all turncoats who defied the whip and moved to other parties, he said.
