No Change In AP EAMCET Counselling Schedule, Clarifies Adimulapu Suresh

Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh Eamcet counselling will be held from tomorrow, July 3, as per schedule. There would be no changes in the counselling process, Education Minister Adimulapu Suresh clarified.

Speaking to press persons here on Tuesday, he informed that the State government would come out with more clarity on reservations and fee structure soon. Meanwhile, he asked students to use web options' entry facility to choose the college of their choice from Wednesday, and added that all necessary arrangements for the purpose were already made by the AP State Higher Education Council.

Assuring that Education sector would receive a sizeable share in the upcoming State budget, he said all existing vacancies in the department would be filled up soon as the Finance department had recently given its clearance. He further promised to upgrade all government schools in the State with adequate infrastructure and improved learning outcomes in next two years.
