YS Jagan Visits Tirumala Before Swearing-In

Tirumala: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister-designate YS Jagan Mohan Reddy visited Tirumala on Wednesday morning. Dressed in traditional attire, YS Jagan was accorded a warm welcome by temple priests and TTD officials. He offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara seeking blessings for the people of the state.

He was accompanied by Rajya Sabha MP. Vijayasai Reddy, MLAs Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, RK Roja, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy and Vemreddy Prabhakar Reddy among several other party leaders. It is customary to take the blessings of God before taking up an important work. With YS Jagan all set to be sworn as the Chief Minister of AP on May 30th, he visited the Tirumala temple to seek blessings.

After the darshan of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala, CM designate YS Jagan will land in Kadapa airport by 10.30 am and offer prayers at the Ameen Peer Dargah in Kadapa where he will present a flower chadar to the Mazars.

Later, he will fly to Pulivendula in a chopper and participate in prayers at the CSI Church. The YSRCP President will pay tributes to YS Rajasekhara Reddy at Idupulapaya before returning to Amaravati.

YS Jagan arrived at the Renigunta Airport on a special flight on Tuesday evening and then headed to Tirumala. The YSRCP leaders, activists and fans in large numbers greeted him at the Renigunta airport. Meanwhile, arrangements for the swearing-in ceremony of YS Jagan are going on at a brisk pace in the IGMC Stadium in Vijayawada.
