I Signed Blank Papers Sent By Chandrababu Because Of My Blind Trust: Mohan Babu

Hyderabad: Actor-turned-politician M Mohan Babu revealed some shocking truths about N Chandrababu Naidu's owned Heritage Foods Company.

In a candid interview with Sakshi, Mohan Babu said that N Chandrababu Naidu had the habit of using people to climb up the power ladder. He cheated me, the late NT Rama Rao and many people in his political journey. In short, Chandrababu practices use-and -throw policy, like how we use the curry leaves in cooking but discard it before we eat, he said in his imitable style.

Excerpts from the Interview

Talking about Heritage Foods Mohan Babu revealed that Chandrababu, him and another person named Daga had initially founded the Heritage Foods. He was the main stakeholder, followed by Chandrababu and another friend named Daga who had minor stakes in it.

After some time Chandrababu sent a few blank papers to my house for signatures and when I questioned him as to why he needed them, Chandrababu gave some vague answers. He sent a few more papers, which I trusted and signed. At that point in time, I was at the peak of my acting career and had no time to look into these details.

After some time I was told, I had nothing to do with Heritage Foods and I was shocked to hear the news. I later got to know that he had done the same thing with my friend Daga who was also sent out after getting him to sign blank papers.

I filed a case in the court which went on for a long time. My family and friends advised me not to pursue the case anymore, as Chandrababu was a very influential man in all aspects, including the court. Since we had no chance to win, I quit and gave up the case. Like I let go of flop movies, I let go of this case too.

Chandrababu's atrocities did not stop there. He also cheated the farmers in the name of Heritage Foods. He withdrew huge chunks of money from the company accounts and gave it to the farmers to just show that they had purchased the shares of Heritage company shares. He would then buy these shares from them and made it look like he had bought the shares from the farmers. Since transactions with farmers are non-taxable, he used them without their knowledge as well.

Just like the way he cheated the founder of the Telugu Desam Party late NT Rama Rao, he cheated me and usurped Heritage Foods. In this manner, Chandrababu made crores of rupees and cheated everyone of their dues. I swear by God that this is the truth, but can Chandrababu Naidu come along with his family members and tell the truth, he asked.
