9 key take aways from Railway Budget
Here are the key takeaways from Railway minister Sadananda Gowda's maiden railway budget presented in Parliament on Tuesday. (Railway budget: What has it for AP, Telangana?)
* If and when the Cabinet okays, FDI would be allowed into the railways. However, operations are exempt.
