2 Bikers Crash Into Roadside Signboard, Die

Two bike-borne youths met a tragic end when their two-wheeler lost control and crashed into a road-side signboard near Tallapudi in West Godavari on Thursday morning. They died on the spot.

The incident occurred when the duo was returning after attending a marriage function in Dwaraka Tirumala of the same district. They were identified as Pittala Prashanth (22) and Karthik (23). Both hail from Guntur district's Mangal Ghat Nagar and work in a petrol filling station locally.

On being alerted about the mishap, the police rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies to the hospital for post-mortem. A case was registered.
