Roja’s suspension: YSRCP MLA questions TDP’s double standard

Thirupati: YSR Congress MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy on Tuesday slammed the ruling party for suspending party MLA RK Roja for one year.

Speaking at the Assembly Ethics Committee meeting at Thiruati, Bhaskar Reddy expressed anger over the suspension of MLA Roja. The YSRCP MLA said why no disciplinary action was taken against the ruling party MLA Bonda Umamaheshwara Rao though he abused and threatened the YSRCP leaders saying “ I will bury you, I’ll kill you all”.

Describing the suspension of Roja as unfair, he said the ruling party MLA was not suspended even for a day despite using unparliamentary language in the Assembly.
