Save Democracy campaign in Delhi: YS Jagan meets Sharad Pawar - Sakshi Post

As part of the Save Democracy campaign, YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, his party MLAs and MPs, on Tuesday met Nationalist Congress Party leader Sharad Pawar in New Delhi to highlight the unethical practices that TDP is resorting to, by poaching YSRCP MLAs in Andhra Pradesh.


The YSRCP team, which is in New Delhi is also meeting Janata Dal United chief Sharad Yadav and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh. The party leaders are distributing a book "Emperor of Corruption," that gives deails about the corrupt deals of Chandrababu Naidu during the last two years.
Speaking after meeting Sharad Pawar, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy called upon the conscientious political parties and the citizens at large to question the corrupt and unethical pracitces of the Chandrababu regime. Demanding that those who left the YSRCP to join the TDP be made to resign their posts and recontest the elections, he said Chandrababu was afraid of going to the voters as the people are deeply dissatisfied with the TDP going back on promises it made during the 2014 elections. He also charged that TDP with resorting to unprecedented corruption worth Rs 1.34 lakh crore during the past two years.
YS Jagan said that the money got from corrupt deals was being used to buy the YSRCP MLAs. He called upon the leaders of various political parties to condemn the political horse-trading resorted to by the TDP.
