Tamil actor and Illayapathy Vijay's much awaited film Mersal hit theatres today. Directed by Atlee Kumar and produced by Sri Thenandal Films, AR Rahman has scored the music for the film. the film features Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Kajal Aggarwal and Nithya menen in the key roles.
