Police Trace Vanitha’s Whereabouts Through Call Records

Hyderabad: The suicide case of actor Vijay Sai , who died on Monday, took a dramatic turn after his selfie video surfaced hours after he committed suicide. Police officials said that the whereabouts of the actor’s wife Vanitha, who went into hiding, have been tracked through her mobile and that she is likely to be arrested.

According to reports, police are likely to question Vanitha over abetting Vijay’s suicide and on why she took away Vijay’s locked car without his permission. It may be recalled that, Vijay in his suicide video, blamed Vanitha for harassing him and demanding Rs. 3 crore to settle the divorce dispute between them. At the end of the video, Vijay requests his father not to spare anyone and take action against them in the video.

A few days ago, another audio clip of Vijay’s phone call surfaced on the internet in which he is heard requesting his wife to stay with him for two days. However, Vanitha refuted all the allegations against her, adding that she is no way related to Vijay’s death.
