Twitter Reaction to Saroj Khan’s Sensational Remarks on Casting Couch

Bollywood's star choreographer Saroj Khan raised quite a few eyebrows with her comment on casting couch which has taken the film industry by storm. The woman credited with choreographing over 2000 songs in films said that casting couch has existed for years and it was unfair to target Bollywood alone. That was not it, Saroj Khan's sensational remarks on Casting couch came when she said it provides livelihood to people.
"This is going on from 'baba Adam's times', it is not new. Someone or the other always tries to take an advantage of a girl. The government officials do it too, then why are we only behind the film industry? It provides livelihood at least," she asks.
Saroj Khan adds that nobody would sell herself if she was confident about her potential and talent to make it on her down.
Saroj Khan says, "Does not rape and leave you. It is up to the girl, what she wants to do. If you don't want to fall into wrong hands, you won't. If you are talented, why would you sell yourself? Don't blame the film industry's name, it is everything to us."
Interestingly, at the teaser launch of his Rajkumar Hirani film 'Sanju', Ranbir Kapoor was asked about casting couch in Bollywood and he said, “I’ve never faced it in Bollywood. But if it is happening, then it’s very bad.”
In a latest development, following flak from several quarters for her response to Sri Reddy's casting couch allegations in the industry, Saroj Khan tendered an apology on a national TV channel.
Her controversial comments on casting couch has created a storm on social media flooded with bouquets and brickbats for the star choreographer. Have a look at Twitter reaction to Saroj Khan's Sensational Remarks on Casting Couch.
