Tirumala Temple Replica Unveiled In Vijayawada 

The replica temple of Tirumala Lord Venkateswara was opened at PWD Grounds - Sakshi Post

Vijayawada: Ahead of Krishna Pushkarams starting this Friday, a replica temple of Tirumala Lord Venkateswara was opened at PWD Grounds (Swaraj Maidan) on Sunday. TTD authorities took the responsibility of constructing the replica temple.

Kanchi seer Jayendra Saraswathi attended the occasion and appreciated the TTD officials for making efforts to spread ‘Sanatana Hindu Dharma’. The seer also appealed to devotees to take blessings of Lord Venkateswara during the 12 day fete.

Officials will be distributing food free of cost to devotees. Meanwhile 1,000 Srivari Seva volunteers, scouts and guides have also been deployed to take care of the pilgrims

TTD executive officer Sambasiva Rao said, “All the arjitha sevas including Suprabhatam, Thomala, Archana, Nivedana, Sattumora will be performed in Ekantam. Apart from these Sevas, Ekanta Seva will be performed every day as a closing ritual.”

The officials have made arrangements to give pilgrims a hassle-free darshan. As per reports, the officials will be distributing food free of cost to devotees. Meanwhile 1,000 Srivari Seva volunteers, scouts and guides have also been deployed to take care of the pilgrims.

Joint executive officer KS Sreenivasa Raju said they have arranged four separate queue lines for darshan with separate entry and exit points.

Apart from this, an English book entitled ‘Approaches to Vishnu Sahasranama’ penned by Prof. Natraj and Ms Vijayalakshmi Chandran was released. The book throws light on the each name of Lord Vishnu.
