Gajjala Kantham Accuses Uttam Of Colluding With KCR, Demands Resignation

Gajjala Kantham - Sakshi Post

Official Congress representative Gajjela Kantham spit fire at TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy. He made some sensational comments on the senior Congress leadership. He said while AICC president Rahul Gandhi was making all efforts to further the party's fortunes across the country, Uttam had destoryed the party's future in Telangana.

"Uttam had said that he would take responsibility if the party won or lost in the elections. He has to resign from his post," demanded Kantham, adding that Congress had won 21 seats in the state under Ponnala Lakshamaian but the number had now drastically fallen to 19 seats. Ponnaiah was made to resign saying a BC could not work as a president, not the same rule applies to Uttam roo, he reasoned.

He also reminded that after Uttam took over, the Congress had won just two seats even in GHMC elections.

"The SC/STs and BCs are unhappy with your leadership. They showed their unhappiness in not voting for the party in the Assembly elections to teach you a lesson. To cover your corrupt acts and prevent the irregularities from getting exposed, you surrendered yourself to KCR. You failed to keep up the promise of announcing the name of candidates six months before elections. The candidates list announcement was delayed because of Uttam's pact with My Home Rajeshwar Rao," said Gajjala Kantham To Uttam.
