Comedian Venu Madhav To Contest Telangana Elections From Kodada Constituency 

Kodada Urban: Another candidate from the Telugu film fraternity to jump into poll fray is comedian Venu Madhav. He is going to file his nomination papers as an independent candidate from the Kodada Constituency at 11 AM and he confirmed this news to the media via telecon.

Venu Madhav hails from Kodada where he completed his formal education.he also started his mimicry careers from here. The actor started doing mimicry shows and campaigned for Telugu Desam Party during the 1994 elections. After that he got a break as a comedian in Telugu films and moved on to acting.

Since the last few years, he has completely cut down on acting and has been actively involved in social service in the Kodada region and to continue these services he has decided to join politics and contest in the upcoming Telangana elections.
