Andhra Settlers With The TRS: Talasani Srinivas Yadav

TRS leader Talasani Srinivas Yadav - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: Caretaker minister for Animal Husbandry Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Wednesday expressed confidence over the support of Andhra settlers to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) in the upcoming elections. Saying that TPCC Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy was talking without any basis, he suggested that he get his eyesight tested.

Speaking to media at the Telangana Bhavan here, he said that Uttam Kumar Reddy was shamelessly claiming that the TRS copied Congress manifesto. "The people of the State did not believe in the Congress's promise of waiving Rs 2 lakh loans of the farmers in the past. Now, they will not trust Congress if they make a promise of giving Rs 5,000 pension," he added.

The TRS leader stated that the PCC Chief was behaving like a small time leader with his comments on the failure of TRS schemes. He added that through TSPSC, jobs were provided in the State.

Taking a jibe at Congress national spokesperson Jaipal Reddy, he said that the leader should take care of his native village instead of commenting on the TRS. It is not fair to say that we were praising the settlers for the sake of votes, he felt.
