Teachers’ Group Seeks Promotions, Transfers By May  

Khammam: The Telangana Progressive Teachers Federation (TPTF) at a meeting on Sunday demanded the state government to implement transfers and promotions of the teachers by May that is by the end of the summer vacations.

State general secretary of TPTF V Manohar Raju also demanded the government must implement a GO for upgradation of Physical Education Teacher posts along with Language teachers. It also sought to fill vacant posts District Selection Committee (DSC).

District president V. Venkateshwar Rao, State Councillor of TPTF P.Nagi Reddy, District General Secretary Vijay are among those who attended the meeting.
