TDP talks of housing scam, but gave ticket to ex-housing minister

The ruling TDP found its 'Corner YS Jagan' plan backfiring badly in the AP Assembly.

During the debate on the housing scheme, the TDP members tried to attack the housing scheme of late YSR. They tried to portray it as the fountainhead of corruption.
However, YS Jagan turned the tables on the ruling party asking them if the housing scheme was scam-ridden, why is it that the then housing minister Shilpa Mohan Reddy is in the TDP. 
" Why did the TDP give a MLA ticket to him," he asked. The TDP had no answer for the question.
Silpa Mohan Reddy, who was the housing minister during the Congress regime, was given TDP ticket to contest from Nandyal assembly constituency.
