Sonia, Rahul to attend Modi swearing-in

AICC president Sonia Gandhi and vice-president Rahul Gandhi would attend the swearing-in of Narendra Modi. The decision came on Saturday evening.

Significantly, Sonia and the Congress took quite some time to congratulate Modi on winning the elections. Narendra Modi would be sworn-in in the Rashtrapathi Bhavan on May 26. Eight heads of state are going to attend the swearing in. 

Meanwhile, the Congress has begun its all-important post-election review meet at Delhi. The party's core team, including Rahul Gandhi's advisors have come in for criticism for the poll debacle. Former MPs Milind Deora, Priya Dutt and Raj Babbar slammed Rahul's advisors for misreading the situation.
