Shashi Tharoor’s Chillar Tweet In Bad Taste, Takes Twitter By Storm
Shashi Tharoor is known for his infamous foot-in-mouth again and this time at the expense of a newly crowned beauty Queen. Haryana model Manushi Chillar won the title of Miss World 2017 title. A few minutes after that, the Congress MP decided to take a dig at the BJP Government's Demonetisation drive at the cost of humiliating the surname of Manushi Chillar (which translates to loose change in Hindi).
