Shah Rukh Khan Conferred Honorary Doctorate By Maulana Azad National Urdu University

Hyderabad: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has been conferred with an honorary doctorate by Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) on Monday.

Shah Rukh said he was so delighted to be honored with the doctorate and would give his best to promote the cause of education, languages and particularly Urdu. Recalling his mother's scholarly achievements, the actor said he is more so delighted as he received the honor in Hyderabad which is his mother's birth place. My parents would have been so proud of me for this honor.
