Pocharam's comments come handy for TDP

The TDP MLAs used Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy's comments on farmers suicides to corner ruling TRS in the Assembly.

Pocharam had said that there were many reasons for suicides of farmers and some have committed suicide due to stress and family issues. " In my constituency, a farmer named Gangaram committed suicide. The neighbors said that he took extreme step due to family disputes. But next day, papers wrote stories saying he committed suicide due to power cuts," the Agriculture Minister had said.
TDP leaders including floor leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao said that they won't let the house run till Pocharam apologized. Else, KCR should suspend him. "Either KCR should suspend Pocharam Srinivas Reddy or he should have apologized. Till such time, our protest would continue," the TDP members said at the Assembly media point.
