No bail for Nimmagadda, Vijay Sai

The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed the bail petition of industralist Nimmagadda Prasad in connection with the Vanipic case.

The Court directed the CBI to complete the probe within the next four months. Prasad can apply for bail after four months.

The court also cancelled the bail of YS Jagan's auditor Vijay Sai Reddy and directed him to surrender  before  June 5. Vijay Sai Reddy has been given time till June 5 to surrender as his daughter's marriage is scheduled to take place on May 26.
