K-Pop Songs that are “Confirmed” to be in Top 10 of MelOn Chart 2023

 - Sakshi Post

K-pop fans are predicting which songs are already confirmed to be on the top of the annual MelOn chart due to how well they are performing. This year seems to confirm the rise in popularity of girl groups, with artists like NewJeans and IVE ranking high on daily and weekly music charts, earning 100s of Perfect all-kill with their songs.

A song achieves perfect all-kill (PAK) when it simultaneously tops the daily, weekly, and real-time components of iChart, a music chart ranking aggregator run by the South Korean web entertainment publisher Instiz Corporation.

Six K-Pop songs and one non-K-Pop song were on the list of songs that were discussed on an online forum as having performances that are likely to place them in the top 10 of the annual chart. With one K-Pop soloist and one male Western artist, the majority of the songs are performed by K-Pop female groups.

The tracks are "Ditto", "OMG", and "Hype Boy" by NewJeans, "Event Horizon" by Younha, "I Don't Think That I Like Her" by Charlie Puth, and "Kitsch" and "I Am" by IVE.

Many fans are certain that these songs are on their way to securing a spot on the annual MelOn chart, even if we are uncertain of which song will make it to the top 10 of the chart.
