I’ll Join The Army Soon, Says BTS’ RM

On June 17, a festival was held at Hangang Park in Yeouido, Seoul, to celebrate the tenth anniversary of BTS' debut. RM took the ARMY Lounge special stage at 5 pm to interact with fans through "It's 5PM, and This is Kim Nam-jun."

The atmosphere was set by RM, who also revealed about his military enlistment. It all began when a fan introduced himself as an Army from Vietnam in the live comment section. In response, RM hinted at joining the army by saying, "It's nice to meet you. I'll be in the army soon".

With Jin and J-Hope serving in the military, BTS is now taking a "military break time," and RM will join the group as the third runner.

'It's 5PM, and This is Kim Nam-jun' had a special guest as well. The two main figures were V and Jungkook. V, who is currently on an overseas schedule, stated, "I planned to go there." Jungkook said, "I was waiting while watching the live broadcast even though it was dawn here," as he expressed his longing for the ARMY. He admitted missing his fans in order to show his love for them.

"I'm touched that everyone is working hard on their own projects," RM stated. "I think it'll be fun when we reunite." He added, "I frequently meet Jungkook, and we are planning something fun."
