TS EAPCET Engineering Results: Top 10 Rankers Revealed

The Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) 2026 engineering stream topper list has been officially announced, with a student from Medchal securing the top position.

Rushi from Medchal emerged as the state topper in the engineering stream by scoring an impressive 156.64 marks out of 160. The outstanding performance has brought pride to the district as students from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh dominated the top rankings this year.

Anshul from Medchal secured the second position with 148.70 marks, while Vamsidhar from Kadapa stood third with 147.05 marks.

The fourth rank was secured by Manadeep Reddy from Guntur with 144.44 marks. Sai Nikhit from Mahabubnagar achieved the fifth position with 143.30 marks.

Other students who secured top positions include Mallavarapu Asna from Medchal with 143.28 marks, Vivaan from Hyderabad with 142.92 marks, Srinivas Reddy from Hyderabad with 140.24 marks, Sameeraj from Rangareddy with 139.85 marks and Shekhar from Medchal with 139.78 marks.

Education experts say this year’s TG EAPCET saw intense competition, with students scoring exceptionally high marks in the engineering stream. The quick release of results and topper lists has now shifted focus towards counselling and engineering admissions across Telangana colleges.

Students who qualified in TG EAPCET 2026 are expected to begin preparing for certificate verification and web counselling options in the coming weeks.
