Nizampatnam: YS Jagan's Speech's Highlights From Matsyakara Bharosa

 - Sakshi Post

There is a piece of good news for fishermen in Andhra Pradesh. Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is going to release funds from Matsyakara Bharosa. The CM is going to formally release the funds at the click of a button during a function in Bapatala in Nizampatnam.

While updating about the decision, Rajya Sabha MP Mopidevi Venkataramana said that the YCP government is developing the State on all fronts.

Jagan said that the previous government was a failure and that the Opposition is unable to digest his government's track record. "Our rule is helping the common man," the CM said, suggesting that millions of families have been benefiting from welfare measures.

The CM opined that Nara Chandrababu Naidu remembers the welfare of BCs, SCs, STs and Minorities only at the time of elections. "I believe in doing good to the people. I will make sure it happens at every step and through every measure I undertake. In previous governments, TDP used to give only 4K that too only for a few people," the CM said.

Chandrababu Naidu, said the CM, gave only Rs 104 crore in his five years of being in power. "In one year of government, we gave Rs 231 crores," the CM said, talking about fishermen's welfare.

"I urge people to notice the change from the previous to our government. The earlier government used to give subsidy for 1,100 boats but we are giving the same subsidy to 20,000 boats," he added.
