CM YS Jagan to Launch Jaganannaku Chebudam Redressal Programme Tomorrow

 - Sakshi Post

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh ruling YSR Congress party will launch its flagship ‘Jaganannaku Chebudam’ redressal programme on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. The citizens can register grievances by dialling the toll-free helpline number 1902.

Earlier, the YSRCP government had a Spandana programme and this public outreach programme is being seen as an improvisation of the existing programme.

Through the dedicated helpline number, the public can air their grievances and the government officials will try to resolve their problems within a given time frame. The citizens may also visit their nearest village or ward secretariat and register grievances between 3 pm and 5 pm.

“Jaganannaku Chebudam-1902  is a very prestigious program to provide quality services to people. Its purpose is to redress individual grievances in the most qualitative manner. If you call the helpline and register your grievance, it should be resolved with the highest quality,” Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said in a Spandana review meeting on April 28, 2023.

The project monitoring units set up from mandal level to the CMO level would keep track of the messages, suggestions, grievances and feedback and will also convey the message of the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to the callers directly. The officials of all the departments have been instructed to keep track of the citizens grievances, solve them and conduct a weekly audit of pending and resolved grievances.

After successfully registering his or her grievance, the caller will receive an acknowledgement via SMS. The text message will contain a link and the caller can use this link to check the status of his or her grievance.
