New Rs1000 Note Emerges Online, Specimen Goes Viral 

Hyderabad: It is not confirmed officially but a 'specimen' of the new Rs1,000 note is going viral online. After the demonetization of Rs500 and Rs1,000 notes on November 8, various kinds of rumors about notes and money are giving shock after shock to people and this Rs1,000 note is the latest in the series.

It has first started on Twitter and then is being shared on Facebook and Whatsapp. People are still in a confusion if this is real or fake. The new note almost resembles the new Rs2,000 note. However, there was no clarification from the RBI if this is just a hoax.

As per reports in the early demonetization days, officials denied printing the new Rs1,000 note and a few refused to comment on the same. If Rs1000 note is to come into circulation soon, people out there would be relieved from the change trouble. With the shortage of Rs100 and Rs500 notes, though the Rs2,000 denominations are out, the cash circulation is not the same as it was before demonetization, as no one is ready to give the change to Rs2,000 note.

And the new Rs500 notes is not to be seen in the market at all.

In this situation, if the Rs1,000 denomination comes out, the cash crunch issue could be resolved to some extent very quickly.

It may be recalled that the new Rs2,000 note also emerged on the internet days before it came into circulation.
