Murli Mohan's Jayabheri at it again

Perhaps no one is as well versed at purchasing acreage at cheap prices and turning them into priced properties as the owner of Jayabheri Properties and MP from Rajamundry, Maganti Murali Mohan. He has of course been intimately involved in such ventures where his preemptive land deals have inevitably foistered development.
Being a close confidant of Chandrababu Naidu, purchasing lands near the proposed capital of Andhra Pradesh (before it was announced) would only have been a deja vu for him, having perfected his act in Hyderabad's Hitech city many years earlier.
The minister is reportedly eyeing lands near national highways such as Chennai and Kolkata. He was able to puchase about 7 acres of prime land very close to the national highway of the captial core area in Kunchanapalli of Tadepalli mandal for a residential project by Jayabheri Properties.
Chandrababu was able to secure clearances for 14 story residential project for him there. These multi-storied apartments are already half completed and many have been sold to NRIs. Murli Mohan has also managed to acquire another 53 acres of land close to his residential project, under various proxies at Rs. 30 lakh per acre.
He is reportedly planning for star hotels, shopping malls and conveyance stores there.
