Murderous Attack On YSRCP Corporator In Kadapa

Ahead of the Local Body MLC constituency elections, the TDP is resorting to physical attacks on its political rivals.

On Monday, Kadapa division No 46 corporator Paka Suresh was attacked by the alleged supporters of TDP MLC candidate B Tech Ravi. Suresh suffered serious head injuries and had to be hospitalised.

Suresh, who won on the YSRCP ticket, has joined the TDP a few months ago. But, he has since returend to the YSRCP. Due to this, the TDP rivals had been trying to attack him for the past few days.

Earlier too, he was attacked near his home and Suresh had already approached the police seeking protection to him. He said his life was in danger as the TDP men were trying to kill him.

The attack happened despite the accident and it happened very close to the DSP office.
