Monsoon To Hit Telangana In 3 Days

Hyderabad: The Meteorological Department on Sunday said that the Southwest monsoon is likely to cover Telangana in the next two to three days.

"Favorable conditions are developing for further advance of southwest monsoon in remaining parts of coastal Andhra Pradesh and some parts of Telangana in the next two-three days," Hyderabad Director-in-Charge YK Reddy said. The official also predicted occurrence of heavy rains at several places in the state in the next two days.

City and other parts of the state have been receiving pre-monsoon showers in the last few days.
