Medak MLA Mynampally resigns from TDP

Medak MLA Mynampally Hanmanth Rao has resigned from Telugu Desam Party protesting against the attitude of party president N.Chandrababu Naidu.

“Chandrababu promised me a ticket to contest from Malkajgiri parliamentary constituency four years ago. But,the constituency is now allotted to BJP as part of the seat adjustment between BJP and TDP,” said Hanmanth Rao.

The two times MLA said that he would contest as an independent in the next elections.
