Infertility is a problem that has been plaguing several lives of modern couples. 2.Green Leafy Vegetables: The green leafy vegetables are a rich source of folic acid and vitamin C which helps in improving the process of ovulation. The goodness and benefits instilled in green vegetables help in producing good quality of sperms and also reduce the chances of miscarriage and genetic abnormalities. Vegetables like spinach, broccoli, kale, fenugreek must be included in the diet for greater results.

3.Dairy Products: The dairy products are generally rich in calcium, good fats, and vitamin D. These products are an essential for improving the fertility levels in couples who want to conceive faster. They nourish the body wholly and help in conceiving faster. Greek yogurt, butter and whole milk are important to consume.

4.Garlic: Garlic consists is a fertility-boosting spice and is enriched by the presence of an antioxidant, Selenium. This antioxidant really helps in augmenting the sperm mobility which increases the probabilities of conception when consumed on a regular basis. Garlic also maintains the estrogen balance in the body and thus supports the fertility.

5.Pumpkin Seeds: Pumpkin Seeds really help in producing the matured cells. They are also a rich source of Zinc that helps in increasing testosterone and semen levels and stimulates a proper flow of blood to all the reproductive organs. It also, maintains and regulates a strong reproductive system.

6.Banana: Banana is jam-packed with Vitamin B6 and helps in the formation of zygote by regulating the hormones involved in the ovulation process. It is also a rich source with potassium and Vitamin C as well. Inadequacy of potassium and vitamin B6 results in poor quality of eggs and sperms.
