KCR condemns TDP attack on YSRCP MLA

Telanagana Chief Minister KCR strongly condemned the attack by TDP goons on YSRCP MLA from Aswaraopet Tati Venkateswarlu.

Khammam district leaders including Jalagam Venkatrao and Koram Kanakayya met KCR at Secretariat to complain him about the attack on Tati Venkateswarlu by TDP MP Maganti Babu and his men when the former tried to attend the review meet in his constituency.

Condemning the attack, KCR requested AP counterpart government not to resort to such attacks.
YSRCP leaders had also met Governor E.S.L.Narasimhan on Saturday last. In the complaint letter they submitted to the Governor, they mentioned that when their party MLA Venkateshwarlu was seeking details regarding Polavaram Dam, followers of TDP MP from Eluru Maganti Venkateswar Rao aka Babu suddenly started raising "Jai Andhra " slogans and physically attacked the MLA. The MLA was caught by his shirt collar, punched on his face and was pushed out from the dias. He was injured in the process.
