Jagan's health stable; hordes of supporters near jail

The Chanchalguda jail officials released the health bulletin of YSR Congress party president, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday evening.

According to the health bulletin, his condition is stable. There is a steep rise in the number of supporters thronging the jail ever since Jagan began his fast three days ago. The YSRCP chief is on a hungerstrike to protest Centre's unilateral decision to divide the state without addressing the concerns of Seemandhra people.

YSRCP activists and Jagan's supporters in large numbers turned up at the Chanchalaguda jail to express solidarity with their leader.

With support pouring in, the security at the jail premises has been tightened. Police arrested as many 150 supporters of Jagan today for protesting near the jail.

It is learnt that police requested Jagan to have food which he politely refused.
