Jagan forced to fight for his right to speak - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: Leader of the opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday took serious objection to the ruling party not giving the Opposition an opportunity to express condolence for the death of Tirupati MLA Venkata Ramana.

The convention demands that immediately after the leader of the opposition is asked to speak after the leader of the house speaks. "Does the leader of Opposition have no right to convey his condolences," asked YS Jagan. Only after Jagan demanded that he be given an opportunity, the Speaker allowed him to speak.

YS Jagan opined that Venkata Ramana could have lived longer if only Chandrababu took him to Singapore along with corporate friends on his flight.

YS Jagan reminded that, it was in late YS Rajasekhara Reddy's regime Venkataramana was elected an MLA for first time. He also assured to stand by the departed family. He also paid tributes to Peshawar school children.
