IS Suspect Held By NIA

Shimla: Abeeb Khan, a suspect connected to a terror outfit IS, was detained in Himachal Pradesh 's Kullu district on Saturday by National Investigation Agency (NIA) team.

He’s currently under interrogation by the NIA. No case has been registered so far

The officials said that Abeeb hailed from Bengalauru and used to visit a church regularly in Sidhwan in Banjar.

"He's currently under interrogation by the NIA. No case has been registered so far," a senior state police official.

He said the NIA had arrested two suspects in New Delhi and Khan was in touch with them for the past few months.
