High Court permits Jagan’s meeting in Hyderabad - Sakshi Post

The Andhra Pradesh High Court granted permission to Samaikya Sankaaravam, a public  meeting in support of united Andhra Pradesh, by YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in Hyderabad.

The court allowed the YSRCP to conduct the meeting between 2pm to 5pm on any convenient day.  The court directed YSRCP leaders to abide by the conditions of the police.  The court also found fault with the denial of permission by the city police commissioner.
YSRCP Legal Cell Co-ordinator Nageswara Rao said the decision of the date of the meeting was left to YSRCP.

YSRCP leaders welcomed the court decision. According to them, the date of the meeting would be announced soon. ('Samaikya Sankharavam' in Hyderabad soon)
It may be recalled that, citing law and orders problems, the Hyderabad police on Saturday denied the permission for 'Samaikya Sankharavam' meeting proposed by Jagan in Hyderabad. (Read Here)

Challenging the police decision, YSR CP leaders sought the Andhra Pradesh High Court intervention.
