HCA President Arshad Ayub, Ex-President Vinod Booked For Rs 4 Crore Fraud

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) President Arshad Ayub and eight others including former HCA president G Vinod have been charged by ACB of misusing the funds to the tune of Rs 4 crore.

Special judge Victor Immanuel recorded their presence and directed them to appear before the court on November 28

The accused attended before the ACB court on Monday. The ACB officials in their charge sheet said that the accused have misused the money for the construction of canopy at the north and south stands of Uppal Sports Stadium. They caused loss to HCA as they secretly joined hands with Delhi-based contractor Kishore Kapoor.

Meanwhile, Special judge Victor Immanuel recorded their presence and directed them to appear before the court on November 28.

The accused are - Arshad Ayub, G Vinod, DS Chalapathi, K John Manoj, Seshadri Venkateswaran, R Devaraj, Naresh Sharma, Kishore Kapoor of Delhi-based Star Mercantile Company.
