This Flop Telugu Hero’s Remuneration Will Shock You!

Remember Raj Tarun? Yes, the guy with the boy-next-door looks who won a million hearts in the rural flick Uyyala Jampala which also featured Avika Gor? Yes, the medium budget film became a super super hit and was hailed by even the biggest filmmakers as a movie with great content. Also, the chemistry between the lead couple was being much talked about in the filmnagar circles. To cash in on the craze, Director Trinadha Rao Nakkina roped in the same lead pair in Cinema Choopista Mava. Unfortunately for him the pair failed to create magic and the film too tanked without a trace at the box office. The film just didn't click this time!

Post the disaster, Raj Tarun had a slew of other films like Rajugadu, Love and Rangula Ratnam which did just okay or perhaps average business at the box office. But guess what? The hero has not lost his confidence. If a buzz doing the rounds is any indication, Raj Tarun is not willing to compromise on remuneration. If a report doing the rounds is to be believed, then Raj Tarun is demanding a whopping rupees one crore as remuneration for a movie. Whoa! That's fine, but are producers willing to shell out so much on an actor who doesn't have a success record? Let's wait and watch. Here's wishing Raj Tarun luck with his future movies.
