Documentary On Illegal Layouts, Building Launched 

Hyderabad: Municipal administration minister KT Rama Rao launched a DVD at the Secretariat on Tuesday about creating awareness among general public on how not be cheated while buying plots or building in unauthorized and illegal layouts.

The documentary gives 10 guidelines that people should watch out for before purchasing an open plot and why people should not buy plots in illegal layouts

The documentary has been produced by Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) and has been directed by Chakravarthi, who has won 12 Nandi awards for his previous documentaries.

HMDA metropolitan commissioner T Chiranjeevulu said that each of the 10 points were explained with the help of graphics and visual for one or two minutes, adding that the DVD will be soon uploaded on the HMDA website and several other social networking sites.
