Digvijaya’s Allegation On KTR In Drugs Case Triggers Attack By Netizens  

Hyderabad: Senior leader and Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh on Thursday alleged that several close friends of the Telangana IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao were involved in the sensational drugs mafia case.

The Congress party's central in-charge for Telangana took to Twitter to post his remarks saying "influential friends of TRS heir apparent" were in involved in the case. "Let's see if they be saved or prosecuted," he said.

The young minister countered the Congress leader's allegations saying, "You've completely lost it sir. Time to retire gracefully & do something worth your age. Glad that you've finally learnt to spell 'Telangana'.

TRS MP Balka Suman also condemned the allegations.

A Twitter user Samreen Khan said: Is there any scam you and your Congress were not involved in? Even marrying a girl your daughter's age is also a scam.
