Chiranjeevi falls into flood waters, rescued by guards

In a trivial jolt to Union Minister Chiranjevi, during his visit in flood-affected areas, he slipped from the country boat while getting into it in the backwaters of Peta canal at Timmapuram in West Godavari district on Monday. Alerted security personnel swiftly came to his rescue.

According to reports, MLA Kannababu, Minister Thota Narasimham were also with Chiranjeevi. The three leaders tried to get into the boat at once, and apparently the boat turned turtle and three leaders including Chiranjeevi fell in the waters.
