Chandrababu Misled Every Section Of The Society: YS Jagan

Kalikiri (Chittoor): Chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu misled and duped every section of the society with false promises, Leader of the Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said.

Addressing a mammoth crowd as part of the Praja Sankalpa Yatra here on Wednesday, he said people of the state elected Chandrababu Naidu for his experience however he only deceived them with false promises. Starting with farmers, he took away welfare schemes meant for women, children, students, SC, ST communities and senior citizens, YS Jagan said.

Citing the example of a tiger which deceives its prey and waits for it to come closer before hunting it down, the YSRCP leader said Chandrababu too deceived the people with fake promises during the 2014 elections. "People trusted him, believed those promises and voted for him. However, after four years, people have realised that those were only words to mislead and deceived them," YS Jagan said and called on the people of Kalikiri to vote him out of power in the ensuing elections.
